Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OldtoLife mobile app and the website at https://oldtolife.com, operated by OldtoLife. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you to use the app.

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal iPhone for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • copy or resell the app,
  • reverse engineer it where the law does not allow it, or
  • use it in a harmful or unlawful way.

3. Your photos and acceptable use

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have it processed by our AI tools. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or depicts another person without a lawful basis. We may decline to process content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. AI results

OldtoLife uses AI to reconstruct and colorize images. Results are an interpretation of the source photo and may not perfectly match the original scene, people, or colors. You are responsible for how you use restored images.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Premium features are offered through subscriptions shown in the app. Prices may vary by country and storefront.
  • All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple in time.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds directly.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, and code belong to OldtoLife or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may limit or end access if the app is misused or if we stop offering the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OldtoLife operates, unless a different law applies to you by force.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date.
